Jedi Fallen Order Controller Not Working

Yeah. It is plugged in and the low-cal is on

Same effect, tried with both an Xbox One controller and the Steam Controller. The game is only recognizing KB+M

Xbox 360 controller here via Steam link later latest update. Thoug it a general fault only turns out only this game

The game disables the steam overlay settings by default which besides disables the controller. Its also a bit item nearly changes in configs mid game, connecting after launch and using BPM.

This is how I have it, and information technology works (PS4 Controller Wired):

• In general Steam settings, UNCHECK "Use Big Pic overlay when using a steam input enabled controller from the desktop"
  
• Then on the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order library folio, get to the gear (top right), select properties and CHECK "Enable Steam overlay".
  
• As well note that because I have BPM overlay disabled I just use my global defaults for the two drop downward menu settings on the game properties tab.
  
• "Steam Input Per-Game Setting"
  (For global preset be sure you take the device select in Settings>Controller>Full general Controller Settings)
  
• "Employ BPM Overlay when Steam Input is Agile Per-Gamed Setting"
  Ready to global/programmer settings

same hither have xbox one controller, was working fine yesterday cannot go it working at present, works on other EA titles simply not this?

Steam controller hither, same problem. This morning time worked, so it stopped without any apparent reason.

Edit: got it working, but i don't know exactly how as I tried different things at once.

-All other unnecessary usb devices unplugged;
-All unnecessary windows closed or minimized;
-In game properties>Steam Input per game gyre down option prepare to active;
-In game backdrop>Large picture overlay roll down option ready to forced off;
-Origin was logged in simply window closed;
-Started the game while using steam in normal manner instead of Big picture style.

I promise information technology helps someone.

I got completely out of Steam and Origin and and then got into the game using the desktop icon and that worked for me. Cheers to everyone who offered solutions

This was the problem, had bombardment charger plugged in usb into back of pc, taken out know works similar a dream! Thankyou.

Bug are usually always layer eight lol ^^

Not with EA services.

Even their client service is stumped more oftentimes than not.
